We are committed to processing and shipping all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy and the European Union). Once your Gioyel item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its journey.

We ship exclusively within the European Union. Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on the location. Since we ship within the EU, no additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery. Your order is inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

Under European Union consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

• Condition of the item: you may examine and handle the item as you would in a shop. We recommend returning it unworn, in its original packaging and with tags attached — these are recommendations, not conditions. If an item is returned showing a reduction in value, we still refund you and deduct only a proportionate amount.
• Sealed earrings: for hygiene reasons, earrings supplied in a sealed pack cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Earrings returned with the seal intact are fully refundable.
• How to make a return: write to info@gioyel.com. Prior authorisation is not required; contacting us first simply allows us to send you return instructions and speeds up your refund.

If something has gone wrong, write to info@gioyel.com and we will look into it. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may refer it to a competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
